Changing the registered address of MNS, clause 2, from Jabatan Sains Nuklear, UKM to MINT, Bangi following re-organization at UKM that renders Jabatan Sains Nuklear obsolete and non-existence.

Adding to clause 4.4 on student membership the provision for a Student Member to change status to Ordinary Member by writing to the Secretary within two years after successfully completing of his/her study after which time the student membership is no longer valid.

Adding a clause to clarify that Ordinary Members can apply to become Life Members on paying Life Membership fee of RM 200-00 which is to be stated in clause 6.1.

All MNS chapters shall be known as MNS Chapter and carry the name MNS Chapter_MNS and that MNS chapter is formed under the auspecies of MNS and that only MNS members can be members of any chapter.  

The chapter shall enjoy the benefits accrued to MNS but each shall have Terms of Reference that are approved by the MNS Administrative Committee.  Also subject to the approval of the Administrative Committee, MNS Chapter can maintain its own account with the MNS Treasurer being one of the nominees and one of the signatories for all cheques to be drawn from the account.

MNS Chapter can form its own administrative committee for the purpose of managing its own activities.  The MNS Administrative Committee can dissolve MNS Chapters that are no longer active or deviate from MNS objectives by serving a 30-day notice to that effect.  All account of the dissolved MNS Chapter shall be forwarded to the MNS Treasurer and other records to the MNS Secretary.
